The Burlington Business Association, Department of Public Works and Church Street Marketplace are collaborating on a new holiday parking promotion for this winter.
The plan would create two hours of free parking at on-street meters in downtown Burlington on select Saturdays in November and December. Visitors will access the two 
hours of free parking by using a unique promotional code generated by Parkmobile, Burlington’s pay-by-cell service. Please note, a smart phone is not required to use Parkmobile; instructions can be found on our meters or by going to Parkmobile’s website. As a reminder, parking in Burlington’s public garages will continue to offer two-hour free parking, as well as, free parking on Sundays and City Holidays.
Funding for the parking promotion will be covered by the Church Street Marketplace and local sponsors.
The promotion is intended to bring more visitors to downtown BTV and showcase the features of Parkmobile. Stay tuned for updates about the holiday parking promotion over the next few weeks.
