Construction was completed Friday on repairs to the Pease lot on the waterfront. Completion means that the lot will be available for use during the busy memorial day weekend, including during the marathon on Sunday
The Pease Lot was constructed using a pervious asphalt material, which is designed to infiltrate stormwater runoff and is part of the City’s ongoing efforts to address the impacts of stormwater pollution in Lake Champlain. Due to a variety of factors, the existing lot has deteriorated and required reconstruction.
