NOTE: Parking is FREE for the first hour at 194 St Paul Street covered lot ($1/hr thereafter), businesses will remain open throughout construction and pedestrians are always welcome. See map below for more info or check out our interactive map for other parking options.

Last Week

SD Ireland began work on the east side of the road between Main Street and King Street demolishing an old utility vault, removing sidewalk, and removing the existing window wells between Sotto and Trattoria Delia. Crews also began prep work for pouring concrete slabs for new window wells.

At the Maple Street intersection, a new waterline has been installed.

Finishing work on this part of the project is ongoing, with a goal to reopen the intersection by this weekend.

Next Week

Di Stefano Landscaping will be onsite working on soil cells and rain gardens. SD Ireland will be undertaking excavation work on the east and west side of Maple Street between Main Street and King Street. Additionally they will continue subgrading on Maple Street heading toward King Street.

Impacts

The Stratos garage entrance and exit will be closed from King Street for the first part of the week, before switching to Maple Street later on. The crosswalk on the north side of Maple Street crossing St. Paul Street will be closed, please use the south crosswalk.

Businesses will be accessible from either Main Street or King Street. Please look for sidewalk closed signs as this may change during the week.
